Outcome of a Disciplinary Action
A member who has been the subject of a disciplinary finding by a complaints panel may appeal the decision.
If the member concerned decides not to lodge an appeal the complainant will be notified of the panel's decision and the reasons for it.
Publication of findings
The complaints panel will decide if and how sanctions it imposes may be published by Engineers Australia. Publication will normally be in the magazine Engineers Australia.
