1 Early Bird and Author Registrations are due 9th October 2012.
2 Standard Registrations due on Friday 12th November 2012.

Please note:
- All poster and oral presenters must be registered (paid) for the conference by the due date of full paper submission.
- A maximum of two papers per registration will be enforced.

Full registration includes:
- attendance at all sessions,
- entry to the welcome reception,
- conference dinner ticket,
- entry to the exhibition,
- satchel including program,
- morning tea,
- lunch and;
- afternoon tea.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration cancellations received in writing by Friday 12 November 2012 will be accepted. Registration fees will be refunded less an A$100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded. However it is acceptable to transfer your registration to another person. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat prior to the Conference. No refunds will be made for non-attendance to the Conference. Any changes or cancellation to both registration must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
