Women in Engineering Canberra
Welcome to Women In Engineering - Canberra Division. Our vision is for engineering to be an inclusive profession, which values, supports and celebrates the contributions of women in the engineering team.
Our objectives are to:
- Attract women of all ages to engineering careers
- Retain women in engineering
- Support women throughout their engineering careers
- Celebrate the achievements of women in engineering
Meetings
Committee meetings are held on a monthly basis and all female engineers are welcome. They are held at Engineering House, 11 National Circuit Barton ACT, 2600, usually on the first Monday of the month at 5.30pm, however this is moved if it coincides with a public holiday. If you would like a say on what events and activities are being organised, or would like to help, then please come along. These committee meetings will be advertised via email to female Engineers Australia members, and also to our mailing list. Please contact us (see details below) to be added to the mailing list.
