Engineering A City

As part of the celebration of Engineers Australia's 90th anniversary a booklet was made promoting the heritage of South Australia via a walking trail among the historic engineering successes of the City of Churches.

A digital edition of this booklet is available here.

In addition this paper by the author and designed of "Engineering a City", Richard Venus MIEAust, gives more information about the sites and industries mentioned in "Engineering A City" and also includes a comprehensive list of sources and references. The paper was presented at the 3rd Australasian Engineering Heritage Conference in Dunedin, New Zealand, on 23 November 2009.
