Informed Careers
''Informed Careers'' is a not-for-profit organisation run by students from the University of Sydney. We look to increase awareness of career paths and university courses among young people.
In August we will be launching our mentoring programme. It involves a series of five dinners, where guest speakers, including former High Court Justice McHugh, will give a speech on an issue of importance for young people. The purpose of these dinners is to foster relationships between young people and professionals. Mentors will provide sustained leadership on an informal basis.
We are currently seeking mentors from Engineering, Medicine, Law and Commerce.
