Connecting and Building Sustainable Communities
Dr Ken Michael AC AM, former Governor of Western Australia and Engineers Australia's 2011 WA Professional of the Year, will reflect on the importance of sustainable communities in underpinning the foundation and prosperity of Western Australia's society. Dr Michael will review lessons learned from the past, examine issues from social, economic and environmental perspectives, as well as their relevance in building sustainable communities in a rapidly changing technological world.
