Australian Institute of Project Management Victorian Chapter - Project Governance
Short Description Project Governance is increasingly seen as one of the key determinants of project success-or failure. Just as there is growing emphasis on governance from the corporate and enterprise perspectives, its importance to project and program performance is also in the spotlight. But what it is,how it interrelates with project management and other corporate roles and functions, and when and where it should operate do not seem to be well understood. This thought leadership series forum will examine these questions and more with a highly credentialed panel providing a range of perspectives and the opportunity for you to participate. The presenters will cover the latest theory to the shop floor reality and share some hard learnt lessons. A range of industry and project/program types will be covered.
