Engineering Heritage WA’s contribution to Australian Engineering Week will be to recognise the 60th anniversary (September 19, 2012) of the official opening of the existing Causeway Bridges with a half day bus tour of the Causeway, Narrows, Canning, Mt Henry, Stirling and Fremantle road bridges.
Participants will be given a brochure describing the bridges.
Engineers familiar with the planning, design and construction of the structures will act as guides on the tour.
