The Centre for Engineering Leadership and Management (CELM) was established in 2002 and its key purpose is to enhance professional opportunities for members of Engineers Australia by developing, recognising and promoting their ability to participate in and lead business, innovation and change.
Following a successful pilot, CELM NSW is launching its new mentorship program for engineering leaders. This is an elite mentoring program, designed to develop leadership skills for engineering managers, and to foster a collaborative relationships between managers across engineering disciplines.
CELM NSW invites you to submit a nomination if you are interested in being a mentee.
The CELM NSW Mentorship Program participation requires a six month volunteer commitment to be launched on the 1st March 2012 with a wrap-up event on 6th September 2012.
We will announce your mentoring match and invite you to attend an induction meeting to kick off the 2012 program on the 1st March 2012.
The program is a wonderful opportunity for mentees to develop their personal leadership and and management skills, learn from the expertise of others and enhance their professional development.
To be part of the 2012 CELM NSW Mentorship Program, please download the nomination form and submit a 2 page (max) resume to the CELM NSW Mentoring Committee on sydneycelm@engineersaustralia.org.au
If you are selected by CELM NSW to be a mentee for the 2012 program, the CELM NSW Mentoring Committee will notify you of this and provide you with more specific details around the launch and wrap-up events.
