Apart from FPSOs, no Semisubmersible, Spar, TLP or FLNG production platform has currently been installed in Australian waters. These are amongst the next generation of floating production facilities considered for remote and deepwater gas field developments in this region.
This presentation provides an overview of the major engineering aspects of various floating production systems including:

Project examples will be shown throughout the presentation. The speaker will attempt to stimulate questions in relation to regional drivers and site characteristics including water.
