The keynote speaker is Professor Simon R Molesworth AM, QC. Simon is a leading Barrister in Melbourne specialising in environmental, planning, heritage and natural resource law. Simon was a founding member of the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand (EIANZ) in 1985 and was the Institute’s President from 1995 to 2005. Simon was also an inaugural president of the National Environmental Law Association of Australia (NELA) and was also a Founder and Inaugural Chairman of the board of the Environment Defenders Office (Victoria) Limited.
