- Liquidated Damages – What are they and why are they important? Why might a court find that a liquidated damages clause is not enforceable?
- Dispute Resolution – Advantages and disadvantages of court litigation, arbitration, mediation, negotiation.
- Avoiding Disputes – Reviewing and responding to requests for proposal and agreeing terms and scope of work.
