In 2010 the Central Coast Regional Development Corporation was established to assist in guiding opportunities for development across the Region. One of its first tasks is The Gosford Landing.
The Landing is a part of the larger vision for Gosford arising from the broad-ranging community consultation process titled The Gosford Challenge http://www.thegosfordchallenge.com.au/
