Engineers influence all aspects of our lives. Virtually everything we take for granted in the modern world has been influenced by an engineer. From the cars and trains we rely on every day, to the electricity that powers our homes, to the mobile phones and satellite systems that keep us connected, and even the water we drink, our modern existence is largely rooted in engineering.

This presentation will provide students interested in engineering as a future career, with practical first-hand knowledge from young engineers across the various engineering disciplines who will talk to you about what it is like to be an engineer, how to get started and opportunities now available to them.

Representative from the various universities and other technical institutions will also be on hand to answer any questions about engineering study options.
