The program focuses on the key tools and techniques of management, leadership and communication by adopting a variety of participative methods, including an analysis of practical case studies.
You will identify your strengths and weaknesses as a manager and leader so you can build your skills in a pre-determined and measurable way. You will discuss team dynamics and how to build and maintain positive work relationships. After the two days you will return to your workplace with practical options for the challenges you face in implementing projects successfully.
