Townsville Gen2x Networking Night

Theme - 'Are Engineers Required Now That We Have Google?'

Young Engineers Australia Queensland, in partnership with Townsville’s Women in Engineering Committee and Townsville Regional Group, are hosting Townsville’s inaugural Gen2x networking night.

This event offers young engineers a unique opportunity to network with their peers, senior engineers and other professionals in the Townsville region.

The night will begin with finger food and drinks, followed by a presentation by Emma Charlton, 2011 Young Professional Engineer of the Year. Following this there will be an open forum panel discussion and topical debate on the theme, “Are Engineers required now that we have Google?”. The end of the evening will allow for a further opportunity for networking.
