Bio: Terry Dodds has managed the provision of infrastructure across eight local councils, state government and private industry since 1982. His training and extensive experience in civil engineering, aviation, human resources, project management and change management has lead him to seek for new and sustainable solutions to many problems. In working on one of these problems he discovered something he describes as “the missing distance.”
