Engineers Australia plays an important role in promoting engineering excellence and the contribution engineering makes to the community. Our award programs seek to identify, recognise and reward outstanding achievement, eminence in the practice of engineering, and conspicuous service to the profession.

Queensland Engineering Excellence Awards 2010

The annual Engineering Excellence Awards is the premier event for the engineering profession in Queensland. Promoting industry excellence, fostering leadership, and encouraging innovation and sustainability, this prestigious event attracts representation from all corners of Queensland's engineering community.

A highly competitive field of entrants set the stage for this year's Engineering Excellence Awards to be another fascinating night. With quality entertainment and unbeatable networking opportunities, it is so much more than just another awards show. Our host for the evening will be one of Australia's most popular entertainment personalities, comedian Paul McDermott.

The awards night will be held on Friday 8 October at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. Tickets will be on sale until 30 September unless sold out earlier.
