Engineers Australia in recognition of the critical importance of this new field of engineering, through the Mechanical College, has established this National Committee of Nano-Engineering (NCNE) in 2007.
The Committee is formed with expert representatives from the research and academic community, industry and government. The Committee aims to serve the engineering profession by disseminating the knowledge and technical know-hows of nanoscience, nanotechnology and Nano-Engineering; by providing an information hub for the timely developments and events; liaising with international and domestic professional bodies and governmental agencies; and promoting education in the field.
