Division Office Facilities
The office of the Newcastle Division of Engineers Australia is situated at 122 Parry Street, Newcastle West. Close to the CBD, but adjacent to plenty of all day parking and exceptional after hours parking. The building offers a number of meeting room facilities, which you may wish to take advantage. In particular our boardrooms and meeting room are very suitable for any mediation/arbitration meetings.

Auditorium - seats 100 theatre style. Also large boardroom style or classroom style

2 x Boardrooms - 10 people seated comfortably around the table

Meeting Room - 6 people seated comfortably around the table

A range of audio-visual equipment is available and presenters can choose from the following:

Overhead Projector, Electronic Whiteboard and flip chart

Lecturn microphone as well as lapel microphone

State of the Art Data Projector - $165.00 hire fees applies

Catering
Room Hire includes carafes of water and glasses on tables. A range of local caterers can been contacted for all occasions from sandwiches to buffet meals. Please contact us to request information on catering arrangements.
Engineers Australia can supply gourmet morning or afternoon tea for a cost per person, or continuous tea/coffee/biscuits at a cost of $5.00 per person
Security
For after business hours functions, security will be organised by our staff at an additional cost.
