2008 Young Mechanical Engineer Darren Lomman builds dream facility for disability innovation
2008 Young Mechanical Engineers of the Year Darren Lomman is now renovating an old building to create a dream factory where he and a team of engineers can continue to improve the lives of people living with disabilities in the community.
Dubbed Dreamplex, the building in Shenton Park is being transformed into a state-of-the-art workshop for up to 150 engineering students from the University of Western Australia.
