Awards for guardians of heritage
Engineering Heritage Australia has conferred two Awards of Merit. The prizes, presented at a function organised by the Engineering Heritage Branch of Engineers Australia’s Sydney Division, recognise "outstanding achievement in engineering heritage".
The winners are civil engineer Ian Bowie and architect Ron Powell. A more detailed article will appear in the May issue of Engineers Australia magazine.
