ABOUT YOUR DEVELOPMENT LEADER...
Tim Steinborner is a leadership coach with a successful track record of assisting leaders and emerging leaders at companies such as Sensis, Siemens, GlaxoSmithKline and Rio Tinto.
Tim has an engineering and senior management background in the oil industry and as an Engineering Manager, had responsibility for recruiting, training and development, coaching and mentoring of engineers. He developed a passion for developing others and moved into the leadership coaching area 7 years ago.
Tim is a Fellow of Engineers Australia and a member of the International Coach Federation.
