Changes to Continuous Assessment of Career Episode Reports

One of the benefits of registering on the Professional Development Program (PDP) is Continuous Assessment and feedback for Career Episode Reports. The ePDP facility is available to registered PDP participants for Continuous Assessment.

Continuous Assessment of Career Episode Reports is available to registered participants through the Professional Development Program. From January 1st 2010, the ePDP online system must be used to record all CERs (draft and final reports). Once your CER has been recorded online, you can either email the draft for feedback (One Draft CER per participant) or print the final copy for verification by a Senior Experienced Engineer. Verified reports are then posted to the National Assessor in your state for assessment:

Lodgement on the ePDP system will be a mandatory requirement for Continuous Assessment of CERs from January 1st 2010. This will enable us to track the CERs and minimise the turn-around time for your assessments.

The alternative will be for applicants to complete and submit a full Engineering Practice Report as part of your application for Chartered Status. Please email pdpadmin@engineersaustralia.org.au with any queries.
