A dreamfit
Darren Lomman epitomizes what the Year of Humanitarian Engineering is about.
As a mechanical engineering student, Darren’s passion to help those with disabilities saw him design, build and gain approval for a hand-controlled motorcycle for a paraplegic. He went on to found a not-for-profit organisation called Dreamfit, which supports teams of engineering students to use their projects to help people with disabilities.
