Make it so: stove for Nepal
At the University of Adelaide, a group of four students is on a mission to change the lives of people less fortunate in Nepal. They are working with project partners from Engineers Without Borders in Nepal to design a dung burning stove specific to Nepalese conditions.
To highlight the work these students are undertaking, and track their progress, Engineers Australia has donated a hand-held video camera to each team. The students will post their video updates as well as written blogs to the ‘Year of Humanitarian Engineering’ blog portal at www.makeitso.org.au/blog.
