Queensland's Young Engineer of the Year winners announced

At the Young Engineers Gala Ball on Friday 6 August, the winners of Queensland’s 2010 personal awards were announced. The awards celebrate the achievements of high-performing young Professional Engineers, Technologists and Officers.

We received an unprecedented number of nominations this year and the judges were faced with an incredibly competitive field of candidates. We congratulate all those who were nominated (as that in itself is an honour) and thank everyone who nominated the standout young engineers they know.
