What happens when the lights go out?
A health centre that serves 15,000 on only 2.5 hours of electricity a day, supplied by 25 year-old solar panels … on one hand you think solar must be the way forward if the panels have lasted that long. On the other, you wonder how the health centre has lasted so long.
