Women's Attitudes toward Workplace Policies
Researchers at the School of Psychology at the University of Queensland would like to invite you to take part in a research project investigating women's attitudes toward workplace Equal Opportunity Programs.
Your contribution would involve completing a brief online survey regarding your opinions & beliefs as well as your responses to an Equal Opportunity Program initiative. Your responses are completely anonymous and confidential and the survey will only require 15 minutes of your time.
To take part in this survey, it is preferable that you have had full-time or part-time work experience and your primary area of experience is in the engineering sector. We will be collecting as many responses as possible over the next two weeks with the survey closing on Friday, 21st September.
Your participation will greatly contribute to the current research on diversity management in the Australian workplace. This study forms part of a package of studies already conducted in this area which will be submitted for review for publication in the coming year. This is a great cause and we value your contribution!
