Information session

If you would like to know more about conducting in-service inspection of amusement rides and devices, the Engineered Safety Group will be hosting an information session about functional safety of amusement rides and equipment. The session will be held in October intended for engineers who have an interest in, or are accredited to work with, functional safety systems and equipment. It is expected that this will include structural, mechanical, electrical, controls and software engineers.

SafeWork SA will provide information, take questions, and gauge interest from engineers in working with the amusement ride operators to help them comply with the Standard and with their duties under Work Health and Safety legislation.

To register an expression of interest, please email [email protected]
