Engteam.com.au is the Engineers Australia recruitment service - a new hybrid online recruiting service, catering for engineers, technologists, associates, graduates and students - the whole engineering profession!

Our recruitment service combines state of the art technology with old fashioned service, whilst delivering effective recruitment solutions to both employers and employees in the engineering profession. We offer an alternative to a full recruitment service delivered by a consultant and a standard press based advertising approach. Our system will match engineers, technologists and associates online with available vacancies posted by PDP partners and other employers and will also manage the long term career interests of engineers.

You will find that engteam.com.au is as easy to use as traditional job boards. However, our online tools allow employers and candidates to manage and track their recruitment or job seeking process. Both employer and job seekers create profiles, which our automated system matches to our system. Employers will be emailed a shortlist of matched and screened applicants. Job seekers will be alerted to 'live' jobs that meet their individual requirements and match their skills profile.

The system is designed to uphold the most stringent privacy requirements. At no point are a company's or candidate's personal details visible. Profiles can be viewed, but do not contain personal or company details. Both employer and candidate will be personally contacted by an Engteam.com.au consultant to ensure the highest level of confidentiality at each stage of the process.
