IT/AV Support Officer - VIC
A great opportunity to progress your IT career working for our National Industry Body in this support role.
We are looking for an experienced IT/AV Support Officer to join our team and provide assistance on the ground. You will provide specific and responsive solutions to identified incidents and service requests covering a range of onsite and remote AV and IT equipment.
This position is based our Melbourne CBD location and will be offered initially on a 2 year fixed term basis.
Executive Officer - Canberra
As an Executive Officer within our Learned Society Business Unit, you will be the main conduit between EA and a number of EA’s volunteer committees, enabling these committees to operate efficiently and effectively through your delivery of high level secretariat services and through the provision of sound advice and guidance as governed by EA’s regulations, policies and procedures in conjunction with the organisation’s strategic priorities.
You will also help guide and support your committees to develop and implement 3 year plans in alignment with EA’s strategic priorities and monitoring these plans on an ongoing basis to ensure delivery is on track, to ensure that the plan remains relevant and to provide assurance that they are compliant with the applicable governance.
In addition to the ongoing support you provide to your assigned volunteer groups, you will also be provided the opportunity to undertake research, conduct analysis and produce reports with recommendations for management as required as well as assuming responsibility on projects as allocated by management.

Senior Information Security Officer
We are looking for an experienced Information Security Officer to develop and deliver a comprehensive information security and privacy program across Engineers Australia. This role will allow you to apply your extensive knowledge in information security to ensure that EA has policies and procedures in place to meet all ISO standards as well as apply best practice principles.
This position has the capability to be based in either our Head Office in Canberra or in our Melbourne CBD location.

Engineering Education Australia (EEA) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Engineers Australia, delivering expert consultancy and professional development through public, online and in-house programs locally and globally. Based in our Melbourne CBD Office the Campaign Manager is responsible for executing marketing strategies for the full product portfolio of EEA by leading campaign activity and ensuring defined marketing objectives are continually met and product awareness is increased.
