Richard is a civil engineer with 24 years’ experience in various Project Management roles. Richard is currently a Program Manager with Snowy Hydro, leading a team of diverse professionals in executing multiple, varied projects, as well as developing and supporting the business' Project Management systems.

Prior to this Richard held various project management roles constructing mobile telephone networks in several European countries as well as Australia, over a period of eight years. Richard commenced his career as a cadet with a civil engineering contractor.

Committee member since 2000.

Azeez is a mechanical engineer who graduated with an Honours Degree from the University of East London in the UK. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business and Technology from UNSW.

He began his professional career as a project engineer in the cement industry engaged in the construction of a 3,200 tonne cement manufacturing plant, power station and port facility. He then moved into the field of operation and maintenance, spending the next 10 years in the power generation and petrochemical industries engaged in plant overhauls, vibration analysis/ dynamic balancing and maintenance management.

Since joining Snowy Hydro in 1995, he has held responsibilities in reliability engineering and asset management, including the re-engineering of maintenance programs for power generation and pumping assets using RCM techniques. His area of specialisation is in asset management, reliability engineering, and the optimisation of maintenance processes from a business perspective.
