Engineers Australia Sydney Division Western Sydney regional group

Serving our members and the engineering profession in the Western Sydney region.

About us

Western Sydney Regional Group (WSRG) was established in 1991 to enable engineers in Western Sydney to show case their work, as well as to provide professional development in our backyards.

Throughout the years, WSRG has successfully held a large number of events for all engineers, regardless of specialisation, age or field of practice. WSRG organises events in Greater Western Sydney for all engineers.

The current committee has representatives of the colleges of civil, electrical, mechatronics, environmental, structural and ITEE. We hold various professional development events, site visits and technical presentations.

We also have a representation of Young Engineers within our group, who organise events for the Young Engineers and students in Western Sydney. WSRG proudly supports the CPEng workshops that are held twice a year in Western Sydney.

Our committee meetings are on the second Monday of every month, during which we plan and organise our events. For more information, please contact us on wsrg@engineersaustralia.org.au or check out our facebook page.
