Danny is a Director and the Chief Operating Officer of RMA Soils. He brings to the role a high level of expertise in engineering geological services both in RMA and the department of Transport and Main Roads. Danny has developed extensive knowledge of soils and geology of the Darling Downs and Surat Basin through his work on morloe than 5,000 investigation sites.
Danny ensures that RMA Soils delivers high quality services to meet and that all equipment and procedures are maintained at current industry standards. He also recognises the challenges clients face in the project start-up phase, and ensures that RMA Soils services are delivered on time and on budget
Derek is a qualified civil engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. For the last 10 years Derek, has been working with Special Purpose Vehicles to successfully deliver major infrastructure projects using Alliances and Public Privates Partnerships. He has been a Project Manager with government, private sector clients and constructors which provides him with an understanding of working within the asset owner’s environment, coupled with hands on construction delivery experience. Some of the more recent projects Derek has been involved with include Gold Coast light rail stage 1 and the Wyaralong Dam project in Beaudesert.
