This blended workshop will help participants communicate more effectively with colleagues, managers and clients. It will introduce the skills needed to share ideas successfully with various stakeholders.
The workshop will help participants understand various types of interpersonal communication and communication styles, adapting messages to suit the audience and identified communication channels.
