Contingency Guide and Project Controls
This session will cover the Contingency Guide that has been produced by the Risk Engineering Society. This Guide provides engineering and project managers with sound advice about how to size, allocate, and manage contingency reserves for time and cost.
It will also help such managers with guidance about designing and using other project controls; including governance and portfolio management, co-ordination and planning.
