The Canberra Division would like to invite all Fellows to come together to recognise and congratulate the Canberra Division’s newest Fellows as they are presented with their Certificate in an environment allowing them to be welcomed warmly into the group.
Lunch will be held at the Royal Canberra Golf Club on Tuesday 10 April and will include a two-course meal, refreshments and guest speaker Robert Knott HonFIEAust CPEng EngExec NER APEC Engineer IntPE(Aus).

Speaker: Rob Knott
Rob Knott is Chairman of GHD, a leading global professional services company with 9000 people around the world and revenues of AUD1.7 billion. He previously led the company’s operations in Asia-Pacific, spanning New Zealand, Philippines, Chile and China.
Rob has played a key role in GHD’s 20+ successful mergers, which have diversified the company’s earnings across US, Canada, Asia Pacific and the UK. Today, approximately 60 percent of GHD’s revenues are generated outside Australia.
Rob has more than 30 years’ experience in the design and project management of major water and transport infrastructure, defence, telecommunications, and property and buildings projects.
Most recently, Rob has been named Honorary Fellow of Engineers Australia, the highest grade of membership awarded for outstanding achievement and limited to 200 living members.
Rob is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has completed the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.
