This presentation will examine a real-life circumstance from his past experience in the offshore oil and gas industry. This incident came perilously close to causing a major environmental disaster in the north west of Australia. Chris will outline the key asset management lessons from this incident, and what these lessons mean to the Project Management Office in the early stages of an assets lifecycle.

About the Speaker: Chris Rubly

Chris has far-reaching skills in systems engineering; strategic leadership and risk mitigation; asset and reputation protection; and capability assurance for operation and sustainment of complex mission and support systems. He has worked for numerous international businesses in senior management, engineering and consulting roles.
