Personal Brand management is becoming increasingly important when starting your career, it not only cements your purpose and contribution to an employer but helps you stand out from the crowd.

In this webinar, we will cover what is personal branding and what you can do immediately to improve it.

Aayush Chaurasia (EA Ambassador & Civil Engineering/Business Management Student @ RMIT University)

Aayush is a second-year honours student at RMIT University currently exploring different specialisation options in the civil industry. Alongside his studies, Aayush’s responsibilities expand to accommodate the roles of numerous voluntary positions. For example, that of an e-Mentor for the In2Science program focusing to provide high school students from a rural/low socioeconomic background another level of support to be pursuing their dream STEM career. Aayush is also a student-staff consultative committee member, a student learning advisor and ambassador for numerous programs on his university campus working to further enrich the student experience.

Marj Glazebrook, Lead Resourcing Business Partner, Thales

Marj Glazebrook has been working in recruitment (agency and then in-house) for 15 years. Marj has worked in in-house recruitment teams for large global and large national organisations in the engineering, mining, FMCG and retail industries. This is her second time working at Thales (a large French-owned engineering organisation with 65,000 plus employees). Marj leads the Melbourne recruitment team for Thales and they recruit a variety of engineers from software, cyber security, mechanical, mechatronics, safety, human factors and systems. Marj also oversees the national graduate recruitment program for Thales and networks regularly with universities all around the country to share information about Thales and find their next generation of talented engineers for Thales. Marj is passionate about recruitment and has a genuine interest in networking closely with students and providing any coaching advice so that she can to help them with their future goals and aspirations.
