Submit a complaint
You can submit a complaint about a product or service by phone or through our website.
On the contact us form, select complaints from the dropdown list. In the further details section you’ll need to include:
- the product or service you’re unhappy with
- a description of the issue
- your desired outcome.
Your complaint will be assessed and sent to the relevant team. You can expect an acknowledgement within three business days.
If your issue is complex it may take longer for us to get back to you. In these cases, we’ll keep you informed throughout the process.
