• 1 April 2025: Nominations open for all awards. 
• 1 July 2025: Nominations close for all awards.  
• 2 July 2025: Local events registration opens.
• 11–19 September 2025: National finalists for people and projects and achievement awards winners are announced in your area.  
• 22 September 2025: Gala dinner registration opens.
• 13 November 2025: National people and project winners are announced at our prestigious gala dinner.
