Help when they need it
As the national body for all engineers, membership is a valuable resource to have at your fingertips. As members, your team can tap into webinars, collaboration platforms, technical materials, news and more – all aimed at building their skills, knowledge and expertise.
Demonstrate expertise
Looking for a competitive edge in your business pitch? The Chartered credential is the highest technical credential for an engineering professional. It’s nationally and internationally recognised as a measure of excellence and signifies a certain level of skill, talent and expertise.
Business compliance
The National Engineering Register (NER) credential recognises engineers who meet a high standard of skill and qualification and showcases the experience of your team to prospective clients.
The NER public database can help individuals and businesses discover qualified engineers, and by extension, your business.
Work to industry standards
Engineers Australia offers micro-credentials for specific competencies and skills. These credentials demonstrate the work you do is to the industry standard, and can unlock potential in your team in as little as a few weeks. Members receive 15 per cent off all Engineering Education Australia courses.
Develop specific skills
Invest in growth and development for your team with a range of self-paced online short courses through Engineering Education Australia, covering both technical engineering and soft skills.
Courses take between two and eight hours to complete, and learning also contributes towards continuing professional development (CPD) hours.
Content on demand
The EA OnDemand platform hosts more than 1000 presentations covering a wide range of engineering topics, curated to build proficiency in the field. Members receive free and discounted access – and you don’t need to be a member to tap into this wealth of content.
Get them work-ready
Graduate membership gives your junior engineers access to tools, resources and a 120,000+ strong engineering network to support their growth from day one. With regular professional development opportunities designed for up-and-comers, this is the kickstart young engineers need to do great things in your organisation.
Graduate Program
This award-winning professional development program equips graduates with the skills they need to excel in the modern workplace, including self-management, communication, project management and problem-solving. This means you can attract and retain the best talent for your business, as you expand your team’s skills, lift their potential and build loyalty.
Set their sights on Chartered
Designed for engineers with three to six years of experience, the Emerging Engineers Leadership Program aims to bridge the gap between graduates and the Chartered credential. Foster the rising young talent in your organisation and build a more valuable engineering workforce to rely on.
