Engineers Australia, as proud supporter of the Australian Water Association’s, North West WA Water Facility Study Tour, invite you to participate in a 2 day tour to take place from Karratha on 30 & 31 May 2019. On the tour you will hear from local experts on water challenges & technologies and connect with other water professionals. The tour is a great way to network, learn more about the experiences, successes and challenges faced by utility and mining industries based in WA’s north-west in relation to water use and management.
Registration can be made via the AWA WA Events Webpage. You will need passport and emergency contact information to complete the registration process. Places are limited so please do not delay in registering if you are interested in attending. The registration does not include transport to Karratha, nor accommodation if required. Some suggested accommodation providers are indicated on the webpage. PPE and identification (site requirements) will be required to participate in the tours.
A full schedule will be available to registered participants closer to the time.
If you can’t join the tour, you are invited to join Engineers Australia WA President Paul Young and WA Member Engagement Manager Michael Bell along with delegates at a networking dinner, Thursday 30th May at Hampton Harbour Sailing & Boat Club or Friday 31st May for a Churrasco Brazilian BBQ dinner at the Onyx Bar in Karratha.
