Peter Quick
Director, Program Controls
Cross River Rail Delivery Authority

Peter Quick is a Project Director with extensive experience managing medium to large-scale projects in commercial, defence, health, infrastructure and transportation sectors.

Peter has worked within client, consulting and contractor organisations to deliver successful outcomes on projects ranging from $10 million to $14 billion across Australia and overseas. He has qualifications in Business, Engineering Management and Project Management as well as specialist training in Aviation, Building Information Modelling and Project Planning and Control. Peter is recognised as a Certified Practicing Project Director by the Australian Institute of Project Management.

Peter is currently managing the Program Controls Office for the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority. This role includes the management of traditional project and program controls functions and the implementation of the Delivery Authority’s Digital Network Approach.


Alastair Brook
Director, Digital Engineering
PDC Engineering Evolved

Alastair has over 14 years’ experience working in construction management, design & construct, strategic estimating, draftsperson & building design, digital engineering, BIM and project management. His career has featured major project digital engineering implementations, across Perth Children’s Hospital, Perth (Optus stadium), Queens Wharf Brisbane, Cross River Rail and Brisbane Metro.
His studies and experience prepared him for his major project engagements with PDC, where his roles vary from the day to day management of the project, through to the development and implementation of Digital Engineering plans and strategies, liaising with a variety of project stakeholders. His background of design and cost management allow him to specialise in applying Digital Engineering to add value and increase efficiency for the life of the project, specialising in early project strategy and implementation.
He is the Director of Digital Engineering for PDC Engineering Evolved, a premier construction modelling and detailing company, delivering high-profile projects leveraging state-of-the-art technology to deliver digital engineering workflows and outcomes.
