Byron Carragher MIEAust CPEng RPEQ, Jacobs

Byron is a chartered civil engineer and RPEQ with over six and a half years’ experience in civil engineering design, construction verification and project controls. Byron has delivered civil engineering designs including road geometry, road furniture, signage, line marking, drainage and pavements. Byron has also undertaken various construction verification roles and assisted senior project managers in cost reporting on several large-scale projects.
Some of the projects Byron has worked on include:

• $1 Billion Gateway Upgrade North (GUN) – Design Phase
• $650 Million Kingsford Smith Drive (KSD) – Tender Phase and Construction Phase
• $370 Million Battlefield Airlifter (Department of Defence) – Construction Phase

Luke Clarkson MIEAust CPEng NER RPEQ, AECOM

A chartered professional engineer consulting in Geotechnical Engineering in AECOM's Australia business, Luke endeavours to derive and communicate practical and safe solutions for multi-disciplinary challenges. Luke also undertakes a part-time Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Queensland, and has his approach complemented by previous operational employment with BHP in an underground coal mine.

Through all of this, Luke exudes an underlying theme of supporting and empowering others to achieve success as it appears to them. He translates this through business and professional development opportunities, finding the critical link between employee satisfaction (both personally and professionally), and project success.


Jasveer Saini CPEng NER RPEQ MIEAust, Registered Assessor, Professional Standards and Practice, Engineers Australia QLD

Jasveer is a Chartered Professional Engineer and RPEQ  with over 13 years’ experience in the field Electrical Engineering. As a Senior Electrical Engineer she joined the Engineers Australia Chartered Assessment team in early 2018 and has been involved in the assessment of Chartered applications. During her career, Jasveer has been involved in the delivery of various projects across mining, water, power generation and power distribution. This has provided her with a solid foundation in her knowledge of the responsibilities and activities carried out by engineers in the field.
