Contract management is a critical skill for engineers, particularly those leading projects. The ability to deal with some of the more advanced concepts in contracting can help to ensure you deliver projects on time and within budget.
During this one-day workshop, experienced legal professionals will guide you through the key skills required for contract management and dealing with some of the more advanced contracting concepts including claims, disputes, variations and negotiations. You will learn how to apply practical tools and techniques in your workplace through a range of engineering case studies, interactive activities and group discussions.
