Grant Scott, President - Engineers Australia Victoria

Grant is a Fellow, Eng Exec. on the Board of the Chemical College and President of the Victorian Division Committee of Engineers Australia. A Certified Practicing Engineer and an Australian Lawyer with extensive experience in the petroleum engineering, earth sciences, natural resources and environmental management sectors. He has successfully started, managed and grown a number of businesses and organisations. A number of these businesses have been in the environment space.

Steve Buck, E2Designlab

Steve Buck is an environmental consultant who works across engineering, urban design and ecology to enable the creation of resilient, liveable and sustainable cities. He takes a holistic approach to his work with influences from Scandinavian urban design and sustainable water management from completing part of his studies at Lund University (Sweden), the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), the Danish Hydraulic Institute (DHI), and receiving training in 'cloudburst management' in Copenhagen. Steve carries these experiences and his strong analytical, quantitative and creative problem-solving skills with E2Designlab to the development of Integrated Water Management (IWM) strategies and innovative Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) projects. Steve is currently the vice-chair of Young Engineers Australia (VIC).

Adele Faraone, Calibre Group

Adele is currently a Graduate Environmental Engineer at Calibre, having completed a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering at RMIT in 2017. As part of Calibre’s Dream Big Program (from 2014-2017), Adele has gained significant experience over the past 5 years within the urban development industry, providing support and application of technical knowledge to projects.

An enthusiastic and hard working Enviro, Adele is passionate about all things water. Her interests focus largely around Water Resource Management and strategic Integrated Water Management (IWM).
