Woman presenting workshop

Overview

Please join us in contributing to an important conversation about how we shift the cultures in engineering organisations and have a real impact on attracting and retaining women in engineering.

This conversation will build on the lessons learnt and the shared experiences of the 10 female engineers and their senior male mentors who have participated in the year-long Gender Equality in Engineering (GEE) program, and aims to initiate and promote the changes in workplace cultures where they count.

The workshop will use the World Café method – small group conversations around some strategically designed questions. Attendees will have the opportunity to mix with and meet program participants, and deliver some solid aspirations to take back to your organisations.

The GEE program is led by Engineers Australia with support from Skills Tasmania.
