Are you a current student and want to know what problems Chemical Engineers are solving in their first couple of years in the workforce? Perhaps you are an experienced engineer interested in finding out what challenges young Chemical Engineers face in 2020? If you meet any or all these criteria, come along to the New South Wales Joint Chemical Engineering Committee (JCEC) Projects in the Pub event in March.
 
At this informal event you will hear a number of short presentations from Chemical Engineering graduates in their first few years discussing a project or problem they have worked on. Our speakers have a breadth of industry experience, including mining, remote-operation control centres, the energy industry and water.  Afterwards there will be time to network and discuss projects and solutions of your own with Chemical Engineers of all ages and experience.
 
The formal discussion of projects will start at 6:30PM, canapes will be provided from 6PM. Attendees are welcome to arrive earlier and take advantage of the Shakespeare Hotel’s early bird drink prices which are available prior to 6PM.
